It's the ideal place for two people seeking comfort, space, and luxury in the heart of the city.

    BEDROOM
    - A bedroom with a queen-size bed, prepared with high-quality linens, comfortable pillows, and a mattress.
    - For your comfort, the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air-conditioning.

    LIVING ROOM
    - A living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with various international channels, free Wi-Fi, and a spacious dining area.

    KITCHENETTE
    - A modern kitchenette fully equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, capsule coffee machine, hand blender, dishwasher, and washing machine.
    - In addition to all the appliances, this kitchen provides all the utensils you may need to prepare your meals.

Best Possible Location

For easy and quick access to the most popular neighborhoods/attractions in Lisbon, this apartment can't be beat! The apartment is surprisingly spacious and quiet plus clean and well-stocked with paper supplies, soaps, and linens. There is nice separation between the two bedrooms for privacy with the kitchen and living area between them. The manager was quick to assist us in getting access when we arrived and very pleasant to communicate with. We'd love to stay here again.

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of the city.

The place is immaculate. Terrific views and tons of space, particularly in the kitchen. Check in and check out were super easy. We loved it. There are a lot of stairs, but that is clear in the property listing. Would definitely book again.

Lisbon walk up

The actual apartment is very nice, nice restoration. We really enjoyed it. The walk up the four flights does not have the best lighting and a couple of the steps you need to be careful on. Overall we loved the place

Great Vacay

There were four of us from Texas, California and North Carolina. The location is great- we walked most everywhere. The apartment is really nice. One issue we had is that the address is in multiple parts of the city and many times google picked the incorrect one.

Central great hideaway

Wonderful location. Central. Clean snd spacious unit. Make sure you can go up and down 4 levels. No elevator. Great communication with the management.

Perfect Apartment for Family of 4

This is a great apartment in a wonderful location. Walkable to lots of attractions and public transportation. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was a great place to come relax after a busy day of seeing Lisbon. As others have noted, it’s quiet despite being in a popular location. Check in process was smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again!

Elegant and perfect location

This apartment is perfect. We will be back. It’s in an ideal location in Chiado district, offering a quiet street yet walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. The apartment itself is located in a renovated historic building and is tastefully decorated. (French!). I like the stairs to the top floor. Great view.

Good Quiet Location

The apartment is in a good quiet location with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport.The apartment was clean, light and airy with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen.The building is undergoimg renovations and the stairwell is yet to be upgraded. There is also a smell of drains in the shower room which needs to be resolved.

Lovely place, great location

We loved this apartment. It was nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. Bathrooms are very nice. The contact on the ground was lovely and helpful - everything went very smoothly from the moment she met us at the apartment to let us in, to her communicating with us as needed by text for help with logistics or recommendations. Location can't be beat - very central, yet the street is remarkably quiet given how accessible it is to popular areas. One of the two bathroom has a faint sewage gas smell - it's nothing that would be stop me from staying there again, but it's noticeable when in the bathroom.

When traveling to a new city, the quality of the welcome is what truly makes a trip memorable. Unfortunately, this is where "Lovely-Stay" fails significantly. Their customer service needs immediate attention if they plan to grow their business. Despite being told we’d receive check-in details an hour before our 4:00 PM entry, we arrived in Lisbon at 7:00 PM with zero communication. We spent the next three hours in a state of stress. They didn't respond via the app, and their phone system stated they are closed on weekends, which is unacceptable for a vacation rental business. Even after involving Vrbo support, the address we were eventually given was incorrect. We finally gained entry at 10:30 PM after a series of confusing emails and wasted Ubers. The Property: * The Entrance: The stairwell is dimly lit, dilapidated, and has a very unpleasant odor. * Accessibility Warning: There are 87 steps to the apartment with no lift. This is a vital detail for anyone with heavy luggage, children, or mobility issues. * Amenities: We arrived to a freezing apartment; it would have been common courtesy to turn the heating on. There was no welcome pack—not even basic milk, tea, or condiments. * Maintenance Issues: The toaster tripped the electricity, and the middle bathroom had a strong smell of sewage in the evenings.

Celebrating

The apartment unit is exactly as pictured on the website. Clean, easy and everything we needed. I may have missed this on the description, but the unit is on the 4th floor of a walk up. Old building with high ceilings, so a lot of stairs. The Chiado and Barrio Alto neighborhoods are literally built on steep ridges. Be prepared by packing light and after a full day of hill climbing save energy for the stairs.

Prime spot in Lisbon!

We were traveling to Lisbon for the first time & could not have asked for a better location in this quaint Chiado apartment. Marta was very helpful & communicative making the check-in process a breeze and sent thoughtful recommendations for restaurants/sights & activities during our stay. The apartment was clean, looked just as advertised and is on a quiet section of a charming street - yet in the middle of some of the best shopping, sights and restaurants Lisbon has to offer…absolutely perfect location! As far as the apartment itself, it’s a 5 floor walk up (not a huge issue, but just good to know if traveling with heavy bags & kiddos!) The space was clean and functional, but stocked in a very bare bones manner…salt & pepper in the kitchen (definitely not geared for those wanting to cook meals.) There was also no detergent for either dishwasher or washing machine and a couple of rolls of TP for 4 people. It’s close to some small markets, so we were able to grab these items, but it definitely goes a long way when you’re traveling to not have to run out and get these basics. We had a great time overall & felt so lucky to have landed in this awesome neighborhood!

Amazing!

The pix of this VRBO don't do it justice. The place is huge and has large windows in almost every room. The rooms are large and easily house 2 people in each one. The kitchen has a nice table to eat on and we planned a lot of our activities off of it. There isn't much in terms of cooking condiments (like oil, etc.) but there is basic stuff for making coffee and pods for the espresso machine. There is cooking ware and utensils and a nice dishwasher and microwave that comes in handy. There are two big bathrooms and both have rain showers and hand showers. One of the bathrooms has a bidet. A small thing was we did smell a faint sewer smell while we were there so not sure if their wax o-ring needs to be resealed under the toilet). We also had an issue locking the door from the inside at nite. The deadbolt latch wouldn't catch so we didn't lock the door at nite but felt safe in the building. There seem to be empty flats in the large building and the building was extremely quiet over the entirety of our stay. The management company is reliable and very flexible. We were able to check in early and it was truly a blessing as we had arrived on an early flight and didn't have a place to store our bags. The location of this VRBO couldn't be better. We were nearby an outdoor theatre and got to hear music most of the week. It is walking distance to lots of restos and cafes and the "chic" Chiado district. Highly recommend this gem of a place!
