The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city.

In the induction kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchenware are provided.

Très bel appartement moderne dans un quartier central, proche des restaurants et des lieux touristiques. Superbe chambre en mezzanine (lit double) et une chambre avec 2 lits au rez-de-chaussée, chacune avec SdB. Équipements récents et fonctionnels. Je recommande sans réserve !

Very close to city center

The stay would be great, except that two of the chairs in the lounge room had broken legs almost cause an injury to one of the visitor. We reported them but no replacement done. The area carpet both in the bedroom and the lounge room were very old and worn out. Overall a reasonable place to stay.

Frustration and disappointment .

To start with I couldn't get hold of the person who gives you the door code as well as the apt code. Then when I did connect, we got incorrect instructions re: squeezing the sides of the lock box. My husband finally solved it by flipping the black switch next to the numbers. Then after entry we discover that the 2 lovely armchairs in the photo have broken legs. We immediately notified management. Noone came til the evening of the following day. After an assessment he decided that they could not be fixed and would be removed the following day. We had been assured that someone would attend to this as we would be out all day. They said no problem, we have another set of keys. The next day , we were gone all day and came back to discover nothing had changed. The frying pan also had a stripped screw. The shower on the first floor leaked as the doors don't close properly. We asked management for a refund of 1 night. The offer was made of a 10% reduction on our next booking. This was our 3rd booking this trip with VRBO and we haven't experienced such disappointment for ourselves and our friends. Tonight we will try another in Porto and see what happens.

Clean, recently renovated apartment close to cafes, shops and other attractions

Very nicely located in the heart of Lisbon with easy access to many amenities. Would recommend as a launch pad if you want to get the feel of the city.

Good location but not suitable for couples

A modern duplex apartment with one bedroom on a mezzanine floor above the living room/kitchen. This room overlooks the living room and is open plan; hence, when sleeping noise from the living room/kitchen cannot be avoided. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the kitchen/living room. There is no privacy in the downstairs bedroom as there is a large window in the open plan first floor bedroom corridor which directly overlooks the lower bedroom. The rest of the apartment was fine with sufficient amenities for a short stay. The apartment is located in an up and coming area of Lisbon centre, a 10 minute walk along the river promenade from Praco do Comercio. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the Cais do Sodre train/metro station is a 5 minute walk.

No A/C upstairs

Lovely apartment, but if you need to be cold to sleep don’t sleep upstairs, it’s hot, family of 4 we all slept down stairs in order to sleep. There’s a bed upstairs but no A/C. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
