The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, complete with an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the cookware and cutlery you'll need. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

You'll find restful nights in the ensuite master bedroom with a queen bed or in the second bedroom featuring a double bed and access to a balcony with seating. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The general area is also well connected, so reaching Lisbon's historical districts like Baixa, Chiado, and Alfama is quite easy. For food, expect a range of options. You can find traditional Portuguese restaurants, casual cafes with pastries, and easy access to places like the Time Out Market Lisboa for diverse food stalls. Exploring the smaller, local eateries is also recommended for authentic meals.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Saldanha, is just an 8-minutes walk.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
