This delightful 30m² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city.

It is designed with a modern style and many windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The space features a comfortable sitting area, including a comfortable double bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is on the ground floor on a street with stairs, with pedestrian access only.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Tucked between historic alleyways and sunlit squares, this corner of Lisbon offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the old city. Surrounded by traditional tiled façades, cobbled streets, and the gentle hum of everyday life, it captures the charm of authentic Lisbon. The area invites slow exploration, where hidden staircases and viewpoints reveal glimpses of the river and the rooftops below.

Despite its quiet atmosphere, you're just steps away from some of the capital’s most iconic sites. From here, it's easy to wander toward the Alfama district, enjoy a local fado performance, or visit historic monuments and viewpoints nearby. Whether you're starting the day with a coffee at a neighbourhood café or watching the city glow at sunset, this part of Lisbon offers an enchanting and memorable stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Santa Apolónia, is just an 11-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
