With a balcony over-looking the streets picturesque streets of downtown Lisbon, my home is a perfect place to make yourself comfortable during your stay in the city.
Comprised of a main living area with a small dining table for 4, a sofa and a television. The kitchen is in one of the adjacent rooms, and is fully-equipped with all the essentials needed to cook and enjoy a full meal, including a toaster and microwave oven. You'll also find a washing machine if you wish to refreshen your clothes (hangers are also provided as well).
There are 2 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a secondary room with two single beds. For an additional two guests, the sofa bed in the living area can be converted into a couch bed. Hotel quality linens and bed sheets are provided for a comfortable rest.
There's one bedroom in the apartment that comes with a shower and tub. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost.

Guests will have access to the entire home! The keys need to be picked up at a 2nd location near the Avenida Commuter Station.

Chiado is a neighbourhood in the historic center of Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Chiado is an important cultural and commercial district, known for its luxury shopping, historic landmarks, and its numerous theatres and museums. In 1988, the Chiado area was severely affected by a fire.
The nearest stations are Baixa-Chiado for the metro lines, and Rua Conceição for the tram.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Important Note: Some restoration works are underway in a building next door. We apologize for this inconvenience.
