The apartment is centrally located, cosy, and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and is well equipped. It is ideal for five guests, but can accommodate up to seven adults. It is located on the fourth floor of the building and is accessible by stairs. The apartment has a total area of 81 square metres and features a bright, sunny balcony/terrace where you can enjoy your meals.

The apartment includes three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms do not have windows. In the living room, there is also a double sofa bed. A baby cot can be provided upon prior request.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, blender, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment has one full bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning.

Please note that the internet connection may not be suitable for streaming or remote work.

On-street parking is paid from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a maximum parking limit of two hours during this period.
Alternatively, there are several parking lots in the area. We recommend the Lidl parking lot on Avenida Casal Ribeiro, which is open 24 hours a day and costs a maximum of around €12 per day.

Saldanha Apartments are located at Rua Actor Taborda, 39, in Saldanha neighbourhood, in the same block as Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.
- Saldanha is one of the finest areas in Lisbon. It is a trendy neighbourhood, a lovely gem in the heart of Lisbon, that has maintained its authenticity: many well-maintained old buildings add the charming atmosphere and go together with modern ones. This is a cool and vibrant area with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, history, culture and business. There are several car parks nearby and street paid parking.

You have quick and easy access to the tourist places to visit or to the Lisbon business area. Just some meters from the subway station (yellow and red lines). 10 minutes subway ride to the city’s historical centre. Less than 3 km from Bairro Alto nightlife and Chiado shopping.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check in to the apartment.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our staff discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is a fair use policy for utilities, which includes a €80 allowance.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and soap; toilet paper; paper towels; a sponge; dish soap; and a trash bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra set when available, lost keys, or door-opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linens: 30€ (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
To add a guest during your stay: 20€ extra per guest.

Important note: The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator.
