Iso hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Perus siisti. Hissit usein varattuja/liian vähän hissejä suhteessa käyttäjämäärään. Aamupala hyvä, ei mitenkään erikoinen.

Hotelli ja palvelu oli kaikin puolin hyvä ja sijainti erinomainen. Ainoa merkittävä puute oli wc-tilasta huoneeseen levinnyt viemärin tuoksu, jota ei huomautuksesta huolimatta saatu korjattua/yritetty korjata. vaihtoehtona olisi ollut antaa uusi huone, jota olisi itsekin pitänyt vaatia tiukemmin.

2 tähden hotellia myydään 4 tähden hotellina
Huoneet todella kuluneet ja meluisat. Rappaukset tippuvat niin hotellin käytävien tiloista kuten myös huoneiden seiniltä. Huoneissa ja käytävillä on nähtävissä kosteusongelmat. Aamiaisravintolan tilat on rakennettu siten, että siellä kaikuu voimakkaasti josta johtuen se on koko ajan erittäin meluisa. " 4- tähden hotelli " jonka oikea arvostelutso pitäisi olla 2 Ainoa hyvä asia oli sijainti, joka ei kuitenkaan korvaa tilojen ja huoneiden ala- arvoista kuntoa. Tulevaisuudessa en varaa huoneita Las Palmeras hotellista enkä suosittele sitä muillekkaan.

Great location. And decent size clean room. However was told room service was available 24 hours, when we did try calling they told us to call back in 5 mins. And when we did they told us the kitchen was closed.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Everything was fine except room service; practically there was no room service. They didn't change any of blankets just fold the old ones and use them again. After every room service a number of towels were missing and became less than the number they were before. Other than that no other issues.

Hotel Mundial has an excellent location and the staff is brilliant, we received spectacular service. A little noisy, like any old construction in a very popular area. The big disappointment was the rooftop, one of the reasons why we chose the hotel was because we wanted to enjoy Lisbon from above with a certain peace, however, in two days we could not enjoy the place, It was rented for events and when we tried to at least see how it looked, the staff were very kind but they asked us to leave the place. I feel like I paid for something I wasn't allowed to enjoy.

Great central location next to the Martin Moniz Park. Very courteous staff and wonderful rooftop bar. The Varanda Restaurant is one of the best in the city with 270 degree views of Lisbon but, plan on reserving a table one to two days in advance.

Great walking location. There are homeless camps across the street but none who approached us. Hotel is very nice with a free drink and traditional pastry. Breakfast buffet excellent!!

The hotel is well located, rooms are clean and roomy. I liked the robes and slippers. The roof top bar has the best views in town. Staff were quick, concise and polite.

I had a good stay, the staff was very nice and attentive. My only complaints would be the parking lot which is very uncomfortable if you’re renting a car and need to park and the fluctuation of the water temperature while showering. Other than that, the stay was really nice and the hotel is very well located in the city.

This is a tired property. No airconditioning in our room. We slept with the fan on, windows open. The place is noisy outside. Carpets need a good shampooing. Lots of other hotels in the area

Hotel MUNDIAL is centrally located with great transport links. There is plenty of interest within walking distance including restaurants and Fado. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. A good range of breakfast options was available. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in central location close to many attractions and sight seeing areas. You can walk easily to restaurants and shopping places. Being in centre of down of town makes this hotel a bit noisy. The hotel amenities are quite old and haven’t been update but everything works fine. It is not upscale but rather a popular destination. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel staff are lovely but the hotel is old and not well kept up in a very noisy square that did not feel safe after dark.

Not happy with experience at this hotel. Had to move rooms twice. The first room had no air conditioning, which the staff were aware of. The second room had a broken window that wouldn’t close, and so were woken up to street noise very early in the morning. Overall service and condition of rooms were poor.
