One night before returning home
The hotel room was rather compact and the toilet and shower were behind the curtain, not so nice. Otherwise all ok. Personnel were really helpful and friendly, full points for that.

Super nice hotel also for longer stay
This was our third time at Hotel Star Inn Lisbon Aeroporto. We can highly recommend this hotel also for staying longer time in Lisboa. The hotel is located near by metro station so it´s super easy to reach the city center, but also easy to arrive and to go home since the airport is in a few minutes walking distance. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Service is always friendly and the restaurant is nice. We´ll visit here again!

One night stay before flying back to home
Nice hotel in walking distance from the airport. Peaceful and quiet rooms. Which was a really nice surprise for early bird travellers like us, was that there is continental breakfast available from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. Please, continue that. It’s really nice to get some food that early before going to airport and no need to worry about eating at the airport before departure and in the middle of all that airport hassle.

We came late at night and I had allready paid and checked in, so it took 3 minutes to get room and go to sleep! Very quiet room and comfortable matress. Breakfast very good!!

Downhill from the terminal, almost easy..
As close as possible from the terminal, however many corners on the way. And the stairs to the hotel were maybe not that good of an idea from the architect. Room planning was also done more with visual ideas than practical.

Nice, clean and safe
The hotel is located near by Lisboa airport. It takes only a few minutes to walk. The city center is easy to reach because the metro station is at the airport. Service is friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. Rooms are suprisingly big and it was easy to handle luggage as well. The hotel is very clean. Using face mask and gloves is mandatory in breakfast buffet which is very good at the moment (due the covid 19). I really appreciate also that the tables were cleaned carefully after each customer in the restaurant. In the restaurant it was marked the directions to walk to avoid near contacts. I felt very safe during pandemic period in this hotel. The food was delicious in breakfast and at the dinner. The price of the hotel and the restaurant is reasonable. Only negative thing was we were able to hear clearly what the neigbours were talking, but for us it was not any issue as everyone were sleeping during night. Even if the sound isolation was not good, we did not hear any noise of the airplanes. I can recommend this hotel and want especially tell everyone who are afraid of covid19, this hotel is a SAFE place to stay.

Perfect airport hotel. Incredibly close to Terminal One - maybe a 5-10 minute walk - but they also offer a shuttle. Clean and responsive staff. Really excellent particularly given the price

This was my second time staying here and the facilities and staff were excellent yet again. The airport shuttle is also very convenient.

Overall great property to stay at, a 5 min easy walk to the airport and they also had a shuttle service. My only complaint about the hotel would be that whenever we took a warm shower, we were setting off some kind of sensor or alarm and the front desk called us each time to alert us we triggered it. Not a huge deal but more of a nuisance

Friendly staff, decent food. Older hotel that has had upgrades. Nothing too fancy, but convenient for accessing the airport.
