Master historiallinen jalokivi Chiado

Huoneistossa on upea T3, jossa on 170 neliömetriä, ja se on suunniteltu mahtumaan korkeintaan 6 henkeä lähellä yhtä Lissabonin, Praça Luis de Camõesin, tunnelmallisimmista aukioista.

Sisäänkäynti on yksi sen erilaisista ja erottuvista, ei korkeista rakennuksista, joissa ei ole hissiä, yleensä pohjakerroksessa sijaitsevalla kaupallisella tilalla. Tässä tapauksessa erittäin hyvä ravintola "Sea Me", joka kannattaa kokeilla.

Itse huoneisto sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, mutta vastaa toista kerrosta. 

Huoneistossa on kaunis olohuone ja ruokailuhuone, jossa on vaatimaton mutta tyylikäs sisustus. Jälleen, vanha ja uusi kokous täällä yhdessä. Alueet ovat suuria, runsaasti luonnonvaloa. Pääsy 3 makuuhuoneeseen tehdään käytävällä, joka kulkee talon toiselle puolelle. Kolmen hengen huone on mukava ja yksi kylpyhuone, jossa on toinen kylpyhuone palvelemaan muita vieraita. Jos haluat valmistaa omat ateriat, keittiö on täysin varusteltu, mutta monien ravintoloiden, erityisesti Fadon, ja perinteisten portugalilaisen keittiön, jota Chiado ja Bairro Alto tarjoavat, on vaikeaa.

Voit vierailla ympäristössä, olet aivan keskustassa. Chiado, Baixa, Rossio ja Avenida da Liberdade sekä kaupungin tärkeimmät nähtävyydet kävelyetäisyydellä.

Place was perfect. Clean, comfortable and perfectly located. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Tram comes down the street and the funicular down to timeout market was just a 3 or 4 minute walk. I was a little worried about the laundry and didn’t see any reviews about it so in case anyone else is interested the laundry machine is a washer/dryer combo. The cycle took 4 hours and 10 minutes but depending on the fabric and size of the load the clothes came out 70-95% dry and were easily dry after a few hours on the provided drying rack. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Great central Lisbon property

Our stay at this property was great! There were a few small hiccups with power outages and no air in the third bedroom, which made it kind of stuffy but overall the location of the property as well as the amenities in the property were great! Staff was very accommodating with timing of Arrival and response to issues during stay.

Amazing neighbourhood and a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood was perfect for us and the apartment is great! The hosts are very helpful and responsive as well. Even though it's in a busy, bustling neighbourhood, sleeping wasn't a problem because the rooms are in the back of the apartment. We had a great time here!

The apartment was spacious, well located and clean. Communication with host before and while in the property was fast and helpful. The apartment is above a restaurant and inside there was no odor but the stairway did have an unpleasant smell. Minor complaint for a great stay.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location.

This apartment was a perfect fit for our family of four. The layout provides incredible space to hang out with each other or have privacy. The bedrooms in the back provide extreme quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The windows onto the street do an amazing job of blocking sound. Located close to the metro and the 24 and 28 tram. A handy mini mecardo just a minute walk from the apartment made eating at the apartment easy. This is a wonderful apartment to book for a stay in Lisbon. You need not look any further, this is the spot!

Great apartment in a perfect location!

Property looks just as pictured and we loved the location. We were able to walk to so many of the locations we wanted to visit and Uber was really easy to use with the Sea Me Restaurant being right under the apartment. We were worried that the fish smell would permeate the apartment and have to say it wasn’t a problem except for one of the smaller bedrooms- there was an odor but we just dealt with it knowing that we were above a restaurant. Communication was easy and any issue and they were quick to respond and make everything right for us during our stay. Would definitely visit this apartment again! Lisbon was just gorgeous and one of our favourite places we’ve visited!

Great location.

Everything really was great the communication was great. We were there during some rainy days and the temp was a little colder. The electrical system in the apartment could not handle the load so we had to switch around devices. Not a super big deal we made it work.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. The VRBO is in a fabulous location: walk to restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. Used washed in unit and hung dry. Lots of space to spread out and have privacy. Would highly recommend.

Book This VRBO Immediately If Not Sooner

I stayed here with three other friends and it was EXACTLY how it was promoted and listed. Our contact William was attentive, responsive, clear and pleasant to work with via email. We were greeted by Bruno on our first night of a three night stay. He was a delight and reviewed all the aspects of the apartment. The photos are 100% accurate but they don't do the apartment justice when it comes to the actual spacy and roominess of the VRBO. And the location! The apartment is in the heart of Lisbon in a very, very busy neighborhood. However, we didn't hear any traffic, crowds or outside noise. It also helped that the bedrooms are down a long hallway in the back of the unit away from the street. And a major plus is if you are a member of the LGBT+ community, because you are only a 2-3 minute walk to the best queer-friendly bars in the city. As the title says, book this place immediately if not sooner.

Great place in a perfect location

We had 3 adults, so the accommodations were perfect as there were 3 full bedrooms. The location was perfect as we could walk wherever, or take the tram which was a 1 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location

The apartment is in the center of great restaurants , bars , shopping!! Walking distance to Pink street (10min) and the food court. A 15 minute Uber ride to Belém tower The Elevator of Justa . The staff is great, they are a FULL service , they arranged for our airport transport, some of our tours ( they can do a full itinerary for you ) Communication is easy , timely and very professional!! William and his crew were AMAZING!!! Highly recommend this property Hanada

A gem in Lisbon

An excellent place. We stayed for a full week here in a terrific location in the Chiado. It's on the 2nd floor on a busy street with a popular square one block away so you will hear the solo musical performers but it's not intrusive. All 3 bedrooms are placed in the back of the apartment away from the street so a good night's sleep is easy. Bruno was a delight to work with. We will return!

Fantastic location

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of Lisbon! Even though we were in the city center, the bedrooms were located towards the back and were quiet and comfortable. Would recommend highly! Note that the apartment is actually on the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you’re from the States :) )
