The room was nice and spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy, the room had good amenities, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchenette.
Communicating with hotel staff was complete GenAI hell. The only way to communicate was through WhatsApp messages, you would require to type your query 10 times for the chatbot to understand what you want. There is no receptionist on site, you will get your help if you could make the chatbot understand what you need. I needed a shower cap, couldn't make the chatbot understand that, it kept asking if the shower need fixing. And after every message there will be 3 follow up questions from the chatbot asking for review, absolute GenAI hell, grrr.....
