Quinta da Serra is a private luxury villa nestled in the green hills of Sintra, offering panoramic views of the Sintra mountain range, including Pena Palace, Castle of the Moors, the National Palace, and Monserrate.

The property is fully gated with an electric entrance and coded garage access. High-speed fibre optic internet is available throughout, with seven Wi-Fi access points covering the entire house, garden, and pool. The villa is also well-suited for company retreats, with desks, chairs, and presentation equipment available on request.

- Central heating with individual floor controls
- Mosquito screens on all windows, allowing fresh air at night
- Blackout curtains in every room
- Egyptian cotton linens (400 thread count) and towels (650g)
- Variety of pillows including ergonomic options
- Bathrobes provided in all bedrooms
- Baby cot, high chair, stroller, and car seat available
- Housekeeping service every other day

- Heated 14x4 meter saltwater pool (typically set to 29–30ºC), gentle on skin and hair
- Poolside games for children including water polo goals, dive rings, and floaties
- Secluded wooden deck with a 4–5 person jacuzzi (up to 40ºC) and stunning views of Pena Palace and the Castle of the Moors

Children and Infants Welcome
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.

No Smoking
No smoking inside the villa nor balconies. You can smoke in the pergola and outside the bar. Please use ashtrays.

No Pet
Pets are not allowed.

No Event
No party, event nor extra guests overnight allowed without owner’s approval.

No Fire
Indoors and Outdoors fires are strictly forbidden.

Towels
White towels are for indoors usage only. Coloured towels are for pool area and beach.

Foods and Drinks
No food nor drinks in bedrooms. Please use plastics glasses in the pool area.
