Villa Guincho is an amazing villa located at the foot of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.

Distributed on 3 levels, it has 6 ensuite double bedrooms all with sea-view, own terraces and generous living spaces. A large terrace runs the length of the house with unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and Guincho Beach. All amenities and maid service included. Many extra services are available. The pool area is surrounded by a spacious lawn-area, offering total privacy during warm summer days.

This is the perfect place to come with a large family or group of friends, because there is space to gather together in one of the lounges, as well as corners when one can quietly retire to relax or read a book.

The bar area has a billiard, ping pong, baby foot, smart TV and draft beer (on pre-order). It is great for celebrating a birthday or just have a drink and, why not, a little dance during your stay! Enjoy a good movie Netflix, Disney+, Prime, AppleTV in the Cinema room equipped with a Bose sound surround system.

The heated salt swimming pool has an adjoining pergola and bar, with barbecue and a fully equipped summer kitchen. Our chef can organize a paella, fish barbecue or authentic Portuguese meal for you.

The villa is equipped for winter with central heating and each bedroom also includes Air Condition (A/C) for summer at no extra charge.

Note: workers renovating the cottage until April 15th. Far from core villa and private garden. No noise. Only access thru main gate at 10am and leave at 6pm.

Children and Infants Welcome
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.

No Smoking
No smoking inside the villa nor balconies. You can smoke in the pergola and outside the bar. Please use ashtrays.

No Pet
Pets are not allowed.

No Event
No party, event nor extra guests overnight allowed without owner’s approval.

No Fire
Indoors and Outdoors fires are strictly forbidden.

Electricity Usage
Please close the windows when using A/C. Please shut off the AC when you leave the villa.

Towels
White towels are for indoors usage only. Coloured towels are for pool area and beach.

Foods and Drinks
No food nor drinks in bedrooms. Please use plastics glasses in the pool area.
