The artisan cottage is arranged over 2 floors. The ground floor has level access from the main entrance hall, and the cottage can be accessed via a small private path off of Prior Park Road.
The ground floor living area provides an extremely comfortable and desirable space for 4 people. Entertainment is provided by a 43" Smart HDTV, and wifi is provided free of charge. A comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs provide relaxing seating in the main period living room, which also has a wood burner.
For meal times there is a separate dining area with has view overlooking the rear private walled courtyard garden. The Kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. There is a separate cloakroom and WC. Access to the rear walled courtyard is via the kitchen.
The First Floor has two peaceful bedrooms with a mezzanine where a modern bathroom with separate walk-in shower, free standing claw foot bath, wash basin and WC, is located.
The bedrooms have high quality, extremely comfortable beds with Vi-Spring mattresses, and are made up with crisp white cotton bedding. All rooms have a minimalist feel however there is plenty of storage space with a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobes. A hairdryer is also provided for your use. Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed Bedroom 2 - Kingsize bedExternally to the rear there is a fantastic walled courtyard perfect for outside socialising. A coffee table and chairs have been provided for this purpose.
Whilst this is a great space, the staircases (without stairgates and with wide gaps between stanchions), stepped access to the courtyard could present particular challenges to those with mobility problems and potentially for families with small children.
