”This place was absolutely charming with lots of characteristics!! We stayed 2 nights in the room 'Moon River'(queen size bed). The room was very clean, spacious and with lovely big windows. We appreciated the attention in the small details. Breakfast was great and met our needs (cold and hot options). The location was excellent and walking distance (15min) to old town of Sintra (keep in mind you're on a mountain so lots of hills/steep climbs). Plenty of free street parking in the "loop", but if...

I also called the hotel number, no reply. Very bad service… We went outside and since there were no taxis around, we ordered an Uber, which worked out ok. ”
