”The hotel itself was nice and the location was very convenient. However, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the lady who came to fix it didn't speak English really well. Also, buying a late checkout was a bit hassle (probably because of language issues). Other than that, a very nice hotel. I would recommend it.”

”A great last minute find! Karen was such a lovely host. She was very informative and advised me of a better plan to make the most of my 24hours in Sintra. The room was lovely and full of character, and breakfast was a great start to the day. The guest house is close to the centre of Sintra Old Town and is a great location to get around. Would definitely recommend.”

”Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and the staff was really friendly and helpful, easy to approach and communicate 🙂. Breakfast was also really tasty and varied! Hotel was located on top of a hill, i.e. the views were wonderful, but the way to the hotel was a bit difficult and, especially in the dark, we experienced a bit of insecurity in places.”

”Needed an airport hotel and this was great. Enough room. Shower was nice. Check in was easy. The only issue was getting a taxi or Uber, no one could find the place so it took 20 mins to get a Bolt and then the next driver tried to drop us off in the back of the building and we had to walk around. It’s just not a flashy building which we liked.”

”The girl in the reseption said that reception is open 24/7 and that they would call the taxi at 4:30 am. Well, when we came to the reception at that time, there was no one there. I also called the hotel number, no reply. Very bad service… We went outside and since there were no taxis around, we ordered an Uber, which worked out ok. ”

”Comfy and above all, cool apartment, with everything necessary and quirky layout. What made my stay exceptional was the awesome dude at the reception checking me in and giving me a thorough and individual 101 on Lisboa. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful city.”

”Kohtuuhintainen. Hyvällä paikalla. Ratikkapysäkkä vastapäätä. Huone ei mitään luxustasoa,mutta kelpaa nukkumiseen. Kylppärissä taisi olla kosteutta. Ilmanvaihdossa ehkä puutetta, ei kuitenkaan hometta.”

”Location good. Shopping center near by and supermarket and easy to access to metro. No extra noises outside. AC was not working all the time. Rush in the breakfast. Late check out was arrenged easily. ”
