”Everything was good EXCEPT Wendy the check out lady this AM gave me that classic southern attitude of hey boy you got a dog. Hey boy your credit card declined when it clearly wasn’t. Why do people have to ruin a nice hotel stay especially when you’re having time and being polite. Meh.”

”Only enough coffee in room for one morning, not replenished. Coffee pot style required unique pods , difficult to use coffee we brought. Access to beach very good. Parking limited near room, needed to park in lot across street. Daily replenishment of fresh towels and empty trash was very good.”

”The lock in our room didn’t work, at 1am the fire alarm started chirping. They moved us to a new room, the shower curtain was moldy, the air conditioner was loud and there were no towels in the room. Management would not compensate us for our room.”

”We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The property is well maintained outside. The rooms were clean. There was a really musty smell to the room when we first got in along with old cigarette smoke. The remote to the tv did not work which was not a big deal since we did not go to Pawleys to watch tv and in all fairness after playing at the beach all day we were to tired to walk over to the office and ask them to fix it. ”Room was very nice, cold AC, roomy. Breakfast not so much. Toast looked like it was on the verge of going bad, eggs were inedible. Building site seem always under construction. Hallways need new carpet or very deep cleaned.”

”First room had no ac. Second room smelled horribly of cat pee. Third room was close to decent. Pool was closed the whole stay. The whole place is run down.”

”Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.”

”Had to change rooms 4 times. The first room you could just walk right in it without a key . When you try to change rooms they have an attitude and expect you to pay for the first night just cause you booked with them and they also require a deposit just for it to be nasty”

”We stayed here for Myrtle Beach bike week and we would definitely stay again. It was very nice well maintained and comfortable in the staff was amazing.”

”Clock didn’t work in bedroom. Shower handle was about to fall off. Dust was 1/2 inch thick on bathroom vent. Hair conditioner bottle in shower was empty. All issues were handle by the staff after I requested.”

”Room stayed damp/wet our entire stay. We thought they had just mopped the room right before we checked in, but it stayed wet the entire weekend. Balcony and pool were nice and convenient location.”

”Close to restaurants and bars. This was located in a very safe area not far from Myrtle Beach. No beach chairs or umbrellas are provided and the cost was $45 a day to rent them but we would stay here again.”
