”Nice and cozy but need a place to unpack clothing. We stayed a week and had to live out of the suitcases… We did have a few bug issues but being n the woods some are to be expected. Outside the cottage needed to be hosed down from cobwebs, tree dropping, etc. but again being in the woods some is to be expected. Maybe put chair cushions on two bar chairs for comfort? Needed wash cloths for a week long stay. Overall we would stay again but plan better?”

”Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. In a good location with a short drive to everything around. We would definitely rent this again in the future. ”

”Cabin was as advertised, very homey. Had one very minor problem with a faucet and literally within 5 minutes of notifying owner, someone was there to take care of it. And it took only 5 minutes. Wonderful service. Have recommended to friends.”

”Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. ”

”Lack of privacy - the bedrooms have no doors - just curtains; the bedrooms and the bathroom share one open ceiling above them so everybody can hear and smell everything that goes on in the bathroom as well as the bedrooms.”

”We have rented quite a few cabins in this area of Maine. This one is by far the best! Easy check-in, the cabin itself was extremely clean, especially considering dogs are allowed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and even the little things like dish soap, dish scrub and even baggies. We loved the outdoor space and location to the lake. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again!”
