”A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either.”

”We were in Newport for a wedding, and Admiral Sims House was a perfect complement to our needs for the trip. Our hosts were extremely accommodating by letting us check in early, and the room was exactly as depicted on the VRBO website. ”We enjoyed our weekend stay, the apartment was just as listed with some nice added touches of fresh flowers, and treats left by the Owner. Perfect location, we loved the convenience in getting to the wedding venue and enjoying a run along the ocean and Cliff-walk the next day. ”This place is right in the middle of it all and even has its own parking (big bonus). Common areas are spacious and had all the things you need to feel at home. Listing was exactly as described and the owner was very responsive to all the questions I had leading up to the visit. Use the messaging feature if you have questions. It is right on the street, so if you are staying in the front bedroom, expect a lot of noise. The bar across the street has karaoke on Sunday nights and it’s very loud...

”The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back.”
