”The hotel is a great hotel situated well for all the sites in Stratford.
My concern and found it unbelievable that they ask you to help out with the planet and participate in using towels sensibly and I think that is great, but the bathroom towel rail is on 24/7 and in a heat wave as it was when we stayed it is very very uncomfortable, I asked at reception but unfortunately can’t be turned off in any of the rooms. CRAZY”

”As we didn’t book direct with the hotel our evening meal wasn’t included. That wasn’t a problem as you could dine in any of the restaurants for £30 per head. Traveller’s be aware though if you didn’t want to dine in there was no other food purchase options available after 4pm. They don’t offer room service either. The grounds are extensive and it ’s not possible to walk to anywhere.
Take snacks with you as there is a fridge available in the room.”

”Stayed in the mews which was a side annex.
Great good sized room along with good sized bathroom with powerful shower over a bath.
Clean crisp bedding.

”Our experience at the hotel was just fine. I would not call it an “experience.” We booked it be sure our friend dreamed of staying here for his birthday. The spa was nice, and the bathroom in the room was nice. The food was terrible. And besides staff being nice, the service was terrible.”

”Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent.”

”The room was a great size and staff were helpful.The spa area, sauna and steam rooms were tired, dated and need of maintenance.
Breakfast was good. Just as suggestion to allow pets in the main area and make the smaller area for families with small children.”
