”Spa is only above average part of this hotel. The decor is dated, the carpets throughout the entire corridors are bleach stained, it looks appalling. The breakfast was stale and warm, we couldn't finish it.”

”We stayed at Heythrop Park over the Easter weekend. The hotel is beautiful and big. Our room was in a perfect location near in the North wing and we were very close to their spa facilities.
There was no information saying we had to check-in at a different location. This is what we were informed by reception at North wing. Never managed to figure that out!!
First day we had breakfast at The Travelling Duke which was good as everything is served at the table apart from cereals. For the...

”Property is beautiful, the only thing was we weren’t given any information on the amenities on check-in and there was no book in the room. We had a hard time finding the pool, which we had to go through the bar and through the gym to get to. ”

”They do not cater for disabled people and we found the staff not helpful.On arrival nobody told you where breakfast was and evening meals were.
We had to walk round the road way to get breakfast as my husband finds it difficult to do stairs our room was up a flight of stairs so once he was down he stayed down.I don't understand why there is not a lift.Would not recommend this hotel to my friends.”
