”Very clean room, had a late check in the staff we waiting with my key and directions at the front desk”

”I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10. ”

No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. ”After many harrowing trips to Williamsburg, we have found a comfortable place to stay!”

”We have been visiting this resort for a while now. We enjoy the grounds and having full kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are always clean. The few things that needs to be addressed are the very strong cleaning chemical scent in the rooms. The rooms usually need an hour with windows open and fans on full power to make the smell disappear. I am usually not sensitive to this but those who are needs to be aware of this. The coffee shop is open very inconsistently...

”Even though this is an older property, the room was clean and well suited for our needs. The price was excellent and worked especially well since we were looking for a place that was simple, mainly a place to rest and sleep at night. It is close to downtown Williamsburg and near to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again”

”This will be our last stay at a Days Inn property. The facility is run down and poorly maintained. When closed and locked, you could see daylight around the entrance door. Immediately after check-in, we had to go back to the office because the lock on the door was apparently stuck and wouldn't lock when we tried to go to dinner. We had our granddaughter with us and when we unfolded the sofa sleeper for her, the mattress was so stained it was disgusting and we would not allow her to sleep on...

”Excellent experience for my family. I think my only complaint would be that you have to pay for parking even staying at the lodge. Other than that, it was alittle pricey, but expected! Excellent families with young ones! Five stars from me regardless!”

”The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.”
