”We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we will be back. The property is as advertised. Stunning views of the water and islands/cays in the distance! Fantastic sunsets! Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby. ”

”The house is so spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed, including spices. Jack is a very attentive host. He provided suggestions/options of things to do. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check out!”

”The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.”

”The pictures don’t do this place justice. My family of 7 and my in laws stayed a week at Poco a poco and little poco. It was spacious, clean and the property is amazing! The views from the house are breathtaking. Eric and Mrs. Hinzey are great. Communication was excellent. We had everything we needed and more and had a wonderful stay!”

”Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)”

”Property was perfect for us. Great location with amazing views. Close to Georgetown so easy access to everything. Got to watch the wildlife & sunsets. We also kayaked & used the paddleboard thanks to the direct water access. The water filtration system and icemaker was a game changer (saved me from buying 15 gallons of water!!). Property manager was fantastic to work with. Can’t wait to come back! ”

”The most amazing and stunning home! We booked Seas the Day for my husband's 40th birthday celebration for 5 couples. It was so nice for each couple to have their own room and bathroom. The common areas were the perfect size and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always nice to find in a VRBO. Location was great and very centrally located on the island. Our concierge Ayana was lovely and very helpful. She helped us set up a private chef for...

”House was just as advertised. Very roomy and clean. We were just two couples but could have easily brought more guests with the upstairs beds and bath. Kitchen was very well stocked. The view from the decks were incredible and it was cool watching the hummingbirds from the decks. Great owners that were very responsive too although we did not have any issues. ”

”Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. ”
