”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

”Great location to explore the amazing city of New York. Beautiful lobby area and very nice staff. However the room (Jimmy suite) didn't meet our expectations: - even our teenager complained about the very uncomfortable sofabed - the heating was somewhat broken all the time: it woke you up with very loud noise every 45-60 minutes, it didn't heat Wells enough etc. We complained after the first night and some magic was done and the second night went well. The third night it had some problems...

”The hotel’s location is very good! There is a pharmacy near it and there are lots of good restaurants around. And it’s also very quiet in the area it’s just that there are only three elevators that serve the whole 44(?)-storey building so it’s quite slow at some time going up and down. "The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "

"Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)"
