”Lovely place on the waterfront, very near Titanic exhibit and cruise ship dock. NICE room, lift up to 2nd floor, great views from room. Free parking under hotel. NICE restaurant as well on site. Would stay here again.”

”The location was good and the property manager communicated well, and that was all of the "good" I could find. Moldy smell, wifi didn't work. Curtains falling off, and the worst was no sheets, just a mattress cover and there was a hair on the pillow. Needless to say I left. I did not stay. If you have any mobility issues at all, not good. The stairs to the loft bed steep. There is a sign stating to back down. Would not recommend”

”I thought this property would be gorgeous from the photos and reviews online. It was extremely disappointing and our room was very very old, dirty, and dated. Everything in our room was “yellowish”, dusty, and the carpet stained and musty smelling. This spot could be beautiful but they need to upgrade. It looks like some rooms have been updated, but some like ours were stuck in the 80’s. Just a truly disappointing stay. Only positive it is in town.”
