”I was disappointed when I realized I booked on a golf course instead of the beach. However, it turned out much better. The views were amazing along with the different activities it gave us a break from the hot beach sun. The condo was unbelievable beautiful. Sitting on the golf course having coffee was the best part of the day for me. My husband wasn’t happy because he didn’t bring his golf clubs.”

”The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties.”

”Room was clean, had trouble with the air conditioning but they did have it fixed by the time we got back. Not as clean as I would expect for the price. Breakfast was pretty good. I do believe the price is way to high for what you get, it was very close to the beach which is a plus. Had trouble with the side doors not reading your key card and having to walk around and realized they kept a side door open and anyone could have gotten in. Kind of scared me a little bit.”

”The wade-in pool was PERFECT for my 2 year old who can’t swim or touch in most pools. Clean hotel, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and overall great location.”

”We loved this property. The staff was great. Check in was slightly delayed due to housekeeping. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was perfect.”

”We only stayed one night but the lodge is wonderful we will definitely stay again when going back to gulf shores. Also, pay the extra $6 a day and use valet parking, it’s $15 for self park or $22 for valet and we wished we had chosen valet. We know for next time.”

”I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition!”

”Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.”
