The staff are fantastic Robert the owner great guy. The breakfast is to die for. On a warm night sitting in the courtyard amongst the greenery and when the lights come on it’s magical. ”Hotel was nice but there was no air in the room and so was very hot. The power went off a few times and there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. The back of the hotel gardens were extremely pretty and people were hanging out having no a glass of wine and/or reading a book.”

”I booked a one night stay at the Dakota as a stop on a way back home in Scotland from France. This was a good accommodation with everything that travelers could require for an one night stay. Room presented to be clean, beds comfortable, towels ready to be used and shower clean too. The only issue I had experienced was with the doors, which presented to be not sound proof, and people leaving other apartments late at night could be heard in the room me and my family occupied.”

Externally harassed by homeless couple asking for money on approach to hotel. Parking is in the multi storey station car park, great smell of urine on each entry way! Upside it’s not a long walk to the hotel but I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it if I was alone travelling. Bonus you get reduced parking fees. Would I stay again, probably not only because I didn’t...

”My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment. The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived.
