”Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

”The bathroom was extremely dirty. Not happy at all. It was to the point of gross. For the breakfast there were many things lacking. There were not any cups out for juice, the waffle mix was empty and the gentleman was more interested in being on his phone than working. He acted like it was an inconvenience to have refill items, wipe down tables and work. There were many items empty. The only bread item out was a few slices of white bread. The serving dishes were empty of food and there was not...

”Room was clean and bed comfortable. Friendly staff breakfast was decent. Good location. Parking lot had small space annd bit of a nightmare and not well marked. Elevator very slow.”

”Place was perfect. Not a huge elevation that made it hard on me or my car, but enough distance from the noise to feel at a cabin. Perfectly clean, spacious, and plenty to do. The location was ideal, only 12 mins from all the fun in the city. ”

”For a one night stay it was decent. The hotel does need updating but the room was comfortable. As others have mentioned the breakfast area is crowded. The “lobby” bathroom is on the first floor, but the main level is on the second floor.”

”It is a nice place, located close to gondola that takes to Anakeesta , close to trails , shops and restaurants. We had a lovely balcony with a view of the river. There was some problem with the TV set , which did not work. Charge of $20 for two hours of late checkout (1 pm ) felt excessive given a $80 pet fee on top of a pricey motel. Thanks to bears , there was no trash around as was near some other motels. All trash is in the specially designed and locked metal boxes”

”It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it.”
