”Perfectly clean and adorable little house in a great location. The host was wonderful and very responsive. I wish there would have been a dresser or hangers for clothing and there is no bbq but we brought a small, portable and disposable grill that worked like a charm. I would definitely love to stay here again!”

”I chose this property because it was close to work but not too close since the area around the Interstate is a bit sketchy. The apartment is the entire upstairs of an unremarkable building south of the trendy SoMa area. My host was responsive, the door code worked, and the decor was impressive. The appliances were new, the TV excellent, and the dining room table made a terrific desk. As with all short-stay homes, be aware of the fees! My final total was nearly double the initial quote.”

”Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! ”

”The property owner was VERY responsive, and it was a super cute property. I was in town for the Little Rock Marathon, and it was the perfect distance to the start line. Received all of the information we needed for check in a couple days before, and besides realizing I needed to really push to open the gate, it was very easy to find and get in. There was always street parking available nearby, and like I said, the property owner answered all of my questions very quickly. Loved the cute little...

”Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too.”
