Hotellit uima-altaalla - Little Sampford, Saffron Walden

”Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC”

Bathroom was comparatively clean but also like the rest of the room very tired in appearance. Car park can be a little cramped, and can make...

Room was clean and tidy ; Room keys originally incorrectly programmed which was rectified, still very difficult to open door, no lock on bathroom door, heating in room did not work, mattress lumpy and uncomfortable pillows hard and uncomfortable”
