ââI recently stayed for one night at 23A High Street in Knighton and had a very pleasant experience. Tom, the host, was a real gentleman and couldnât do enough to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need readily available. A great place to stay, and I wouldnât hesitate to recommend it.ââ

âFriendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms with good ensuite facilities at a great price. Restaurant has excellent dishes at good prices and the bar serves a good range of drinks again at good prices. A Continental Breakfast is included and there is no cooked breakfast option. The only drawback is the lack of a lift and one or two floors are a bit unveven but to be expected at over 400 years old.

âWe stayed in one of the wilderness cabins. It was really sweet and felt like a tree house type vibe. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the birds. The food at the restaurant was excellent and would definitely stay here again.â
