This is a phenomenal property. Right on the beach so superb location. Spotless throughout. Everything has been considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible with lots of little extras too which went above and beyond what you would expect. Fabulous 4 day holiday
8 of us went away together for the first time after knowing each other for 40 years. The house was perfect. They made the beds all into twin beds for us. They left a thoughtful welcome pack of goodies too. The location was exactly what we wanted. We were able to walk to The Bluebird Cafe on arrival for lunch, walk out to 2 other breakfast cafes, order an Indian dinner from the town and walk to a lovely Sunday lunch place called Seaview. We would definitely return x

Marvellous place to stay
This is the second time we've spent Christmas in this wonderful apartment. Beautiful property, well looked after and right on the beach. The hosts are so warm and welcoming and the property was set up perfectly for a family Christmas.

Perfect beach property
Just returned from our fourth stay at this gem of a rental property where stepping out of the door straight on to the beach is a joy. Its beautiful living area, comfortable beds and a comprehensively equipped kitchen make it perfect for a relaxing break with friends or family. The hosts are charming and on hand should the need arise and there is parking immediately outside. The property is located on a private estate which extends along the shore for a considerable distance. As a result the beach with its wide expanse of sand at low tide is never crowded. We have enjoyed staying in winter when it is a cosy refuge after a bracing beach walk, and in summer when the living area's bi-fold doors open up the property to sea air and sunshine and the outside seating comes into its own.

Total bliss!
This was, by far, the best place we could have chosen to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. The whole family were totally awestruck. A 10 minute walk to a pub that has a lovely menu. Will definately visit again! Even Storm Antoni didn't dampen our few days of celebrations.

A piece of heaven on the coast!
What fun! While we wished we could have stayed longer, we truly enjoyed our 2 day stay. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. A short walk to a lovely little town. And amazing views. But it was the owners that made us feel special and welcomed. We were about 3 hours late due to flights but were still met in person by Paul, who happily showed us around. And left us a lovely amount of food, including a delicious homemade turamasu! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Beautiful beachfront property
We've just returned from Bella Vista and enjoyed a wonderful break. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with stunning views across the beach. Everything you could wish for is supplied, from a plentiful supply of beach towels and a very well equipped kitchen. The owners have been nothing but helpful and welcoming, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Bella Vista for the perfect seaside getaway.

Absolutely wonderful!
This beautiful property is situated right on the beach, and Paul (and Stewart) couldn't have been more helpful. It is finished to the highest standards and they have thought of everything you could possibly want. We loved every minute - with family from 20 to 82 staying and enjoying some very relaxed time together for a few days. We can't recommend this more highly to anyone!

A lovely location - shame we couldn’t stay longer
We took this trip to get together with friends, the place is lovely and caters for people with disabilities without being clinical. We really enjoyed our time and, although the weather wasn’t favourable, we still managed to get out on the beach which is directly off the property. I can imagine in summer that it would be even more amazing.

Beautiful and very homely apartment on the beach
Spent Christmas here with the family and it was such a lovely place to for all of us to stay. The property is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor and set up also give it a very homely feeling which makes it an ideal home from home place to stay. Lots to do in the area. Really appreciated the extra efforts that our hosts went to welcome us and to make the place nice and Christmassy!

Fabulous place in a beautiful location!
Wow - this place is stunning, the view and location literally takes your breathe away. The house was immaculate and incredibly well appointed. The kitchen was stocked full of crockery and appliances, there wasn't anything we needed. The whole weekend was just perfect... as was the tiramisu that was left for us on our arrival! yum!

Absolutely marvellous property and the owners could not have been more gracious or helpful. The location is perfect and the amenities are generous. The welcome package was wonderful, including plentiful basics, bread, milk, sugar, butter and much more and even specially prepared desserts for each guest.

Perfect place to stay for Goodwood! James and Emiliana were the perfect hosts. The house is very well stocked with kitchen equipment - a real home from home. It is perfectly situated on the beach where we went paddling every day. Highly recommended property.

Bifold doors open directly onto beach. The children loved it and were rock pooling / swimming / kite flying etc etc all day and so were the adults. Excellent hosts can't do enough for you. Didn't want to leave.

New Years’ Eve stay
We had a wonderful stay at Buena Vista with close friends, the host Paul was extremely Friendly & accommodating with checking in/out. Just lovely finishing touches in decor, & such a relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic equipped kitchen, including bread, butter, milk, eggs, even some home make desserts & bottle of Prosecco. We had a family celebration for my mum’s 75th Birthday. The property is even better than the pictures, location and view of the sea and beach is amazing. I booked this property as a surprise for my husband, to celebrate his 70th birthday, and wow, what a place - it is truly stunning in every way! The accommodation is wonderfully furnished with everything you could possibly need and the location right on the beach is amazing. Paul, who greeted us, was a lovely host and had provided all the basic foodstuffs for us, including fruit, a beautiful desert and a bottle of fizz - thank you!! We had a amazing time here and would highly recommend this stunning home, which ranks as one of the best places we have ever stayed in. You won't be disappointed!!!

High quality accommodation. The only thing to watch out for is that the owners have retained a fair number of beautiful ornaments which are not always compatible with young children. We were lucky, but we were a bit on edge some of the time as a result. That apart — brilliant place. Enjoy.

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY
This is the most amazing place to stay (especially when you’re with your best friends and the sun shines!) Right on the beach but really not very busy as the sandier part that families prefer is round the corner, and woken each morning by coo-ing wood pigeons not squawking seagulls, this place is amazing in every way. A kitchen to die for, home comforts including sky TV, big power-showers and comfy beds and pillows (very important when you’re turning 50!) We were welcomed with bread, milk and eggs, Prosecco, a huge bowl of fruit and home made lemon puddings! What a treat! We had such a wonderful time - doing very little except enjoying each other’s company in the sunshine and the local restaurants. If you’re thinking of a special place to celebrate a birthday THIS IS IT! I’ve already passed the details on to friends. Thank you SO much for the care you’ve put into Bella Vista and the welcome you gave us, the fantastic memories will stay in our hearts. X
