”Hotelli on lähellä kaikkia kauppat. Auton pysäköinti on helppoa. Itse hotelli on rakenettu 1700 luvulla ja historiallinen. Huonemme oli iso ja mukava. Ainoa puute oli pieni jääkaapi. Palvelu toimii. Ravintola ja ruokka on hyvä ja väki kohteliatta ja mukavia. Huulen heittoa toimii. Hissi ei ole mutta laukumme oli viettu huoneseen. Suositelemme.”

”My “compact double” was huge, it had even a separate dressing space! The room must have been redone quite lately as everything was so nice and everything was kept very clean. Service was impeccable during my whole stay, in the bar, the breakfast and especially in the reception. The location is the best possible; by the sea and buses leave 50 m from the doorstep. ”Although we appreciate we were not in an assisted bedroom we would have appreciated a handle on the wall to aid getting in and out of the bath. This was a comment from my husband who is not disabled. I was unable to use the shower as I was unable to get in the bath - I am disabled. Anyone who has a disabled blue badge can park for free on the car park behind the pub. This saved us £18 per night. The evening meal we had was fantastic, really tasty!. Breakfast was great. ”

”Other reviews had some negative remarks about it being noisy, old and such, therefore I had some reservations prior to our arrival, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The establishment is an older building and with this comes thin walls, outdated fixtures and other bits but overall it was a comfortable stay. The building had a wonderful charm and had a pub on one side that became lively in the evening and yes, cause some noise but being from the city, nothing that would cause me not to be able...

”Greeting by staff was a bit muddled as one person started, and one person interupted. Room was okay, view onto green, but was above doorway into pub where people came outside to smoke. Bed was a short double so my feet stuck out of end of bed (I am not over 6 feet in height). Steep stairs to rooms.”

”Breakfast was very good with a choice of cereals, croissants, fruit juice and a cooked breakfast which was cooked to order. The entrance and exit to the hotel is very narrow so be careful. The swimming pool is about 12m long but is 2.5m at the deep end.”

”The hotel had lovely features and warm friendly staff food looked lovely.. didnt have a meal through visiting family so had food elsewhere... did have a few pints in the evening great choices of drinks and the staff were lovely.. stayed in single room which was immaculate a huge beer gardenwith loads of seating. didnt have breakfast as left early to get back to wales... overall the hotel was great and.would definitely use this hotel again.. its a credit to to you and set in a lovely little...
