Family Fun on the Lake! 4 Bed, 3 Bath with Great Outdoor Kitchen.

Our home sits on 1 acre of waterfront property with deep water. It's an amazing place to be with family and friends and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

You have private and full access to both levels of the home which is 2500 square feet, and all outdoor areas.

On the main level,
There is an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen as you walk into the home.

The kitchen is fully stocked, and you will find everything you need to keep the family fed. You won't run out of silverware, glasses or lack that perfect food prep tool!

There is a second full kitchen in the attached in-law suite.

The dining area opens into the large sun room which has amazing views overlooking the cove and back yard. The sunroom has 2 couches, an arm chair, and a small breakfast nook to enjoy beautiful sunrises with coffee and sunsets after dinner.

There are 3 total bedrooms on this floor. One queen bedroom on the main side of the home and 2 bedrooms in the attached in-law suite (1 King bedroom, and 1 kids bedroom with 2 twin captains beds.)

There are 2 full bathrooms on the main level, one with a tub/shower combo, and one with a shower.

On the lower level,
The stairs from upstairs enter into the den where there is a game table, darts, indoor basketball and large flat screen TV. There is a nook under the stairs with several boardgames. There is a gas fireplace in this room as well, but it is turned off for the summer season.

The den opens into the downstairs entryway which goes out to the patio underneath the sunroom. There is ample seating for enjoying morning coffee and evening drinks. There is also a hammok for taking naps in the shade during the heat of the summer.

There is a full bath w/shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed on the lower level as well.

Our home comes complete with bed linens (beds are made for you) as well as bathing and kitchen towels. Our neighborhood is large, quiet and safe with numerous paved roads so bring your bikes and feel free to tour around. You will also find a neighborhood park and pavilion at the entrance of our neighborhood with a playground for the kids to enjoy.

Outdoors
Living your best life...
There is an outdoor kitchen with a pellet grill, a charcoal grill, a mini fridge, and a huge deck with 2 large outdoor tables in the shade. This is where you can grill out for lunch or smoke ribs, brisket, salmon, or a pork shoulder all day for dinner. The outdoor kitchen is lighted and has a ceiling fan. There are outdoor muti-color led lights for enjoying the space into the evening.

Memories are made at the lake. We are located on a large cove on Lizard Creek just minutes from main lake. Boat traffic is limited in the cove and you can feel safe having your family splash in the lake.

The dock has a 12ft. expandable awning to relax in the shade or ample space to sunbathe in the sun. There are 6 lounge chairs with cushions, a large water mat for the family to play on, and several floats to lounge in the lake. There are also 4 kayaks available for use, (3-1 person, 1-2 person).

The depth of the water goes from 2ft at the shore to ~10-12ft at the end of the dock. We do not currently include access to the boat lift with the rental. There is also a single Jetski lift that is available for use. Boats may be tied and boarded from the boat dock adjacent to the boat lift.

There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood community that is available for use on N. Oak Drive. We are halfway between Eaton ferry There are 2 marinas to get gas, if needed, within a 20 minute boat ride. There is plenty of parking space available for several cars and a boat trailer.

There is a playground and a community pool available for use. Also, there are 2 boat launches available for use.

Within a 5-10 minute drive, there is access to a Food Lion shopping center, several restaurants, 2 places to rent boats and jetskis, an ice cream shop, and a putt putt course.
