”Staff was efficient and keep in communication with me quickly for my inquiries. Check in was easy and fast. No elevator for the hotel as its only up to the 4th floor. No ref in room. Easy access to West street and coming in from the Li River Cruise from Guilin, didnt need a car to get here. ”
