”This place was awesome, so close to downtown Austin and you really get more bang for your buck staying close to the airport (they even had a free shuttle service). Only heard one plane go by and wasn't bothersome at all. Staff was very nice, the room was huge! And very well appointed and decorated super cute. I felt safe traveling alone. Great breakfast and gym. Would definitely stay here again. No notes.”

”Issue I had was with staff. Not sure if the person who helped me was inexperienced but she charged my card 4x which locked my card and then told me my card was declined. My bank confirmed the charge went through. It was a daunting experience after I’ve been traveling that day for 10 hours. My service experience was terrible but the property was great. Hotel common areas and rooms were clean. Beds comfy. Shower spacious. Overall okay. ”

”The AC was not working in our room both nights. There was really nothing to eat for breakfast so we had to buy breakfast from outside. We could not sleep for 2 nights. The bathroom vent was making loud noise. It was a waste of money with so much inconvenience. ”

”The room was spacious and very clean. The shower lacked water pressure and one of the tableside lamps was missing its knob from the switch control, but overall, very comfortable. Breakfast was better than simple continental offers, but still lacked flavor. ”

”The staff was nice and polite. The the location was clean. It would have been nice to have a ice machine on the 3rd floor instead of having to go to the first floor. This should be an considering upgrade since it's a 4 floor building. Wifi was weak on the 3rd floor which was unfortunate. Other than that the stay was good. Thank you all for your hospitality. ”

”We stayed here because of the shuttle to and from the hotel and they were very prompt. The breakfast provided sufficient options. The hotel is showing its age but was good for our purpose of overnight between flights. ”

”Horrible experience. Toilet stopped working and the front desk and management didn’t give a crap about us or the situation. Front desk hung up on me when I asked for assistance and manager didn’t want to talk or addrsss the issue. Horrible place and workers are young and don’t give a crap about you!! They got their money they don’t care. Be prepared if you stay there. ”
