”Overall great place and great location. The floors were a little dirty and still wet when we arrived 30 min after 4. Only 2 towels.. Backyard advertised is shared with other tenants.”

”Susie’s place worked great for our stay in Ft. Collins. It’s conveniently located to Old Town, so it’s a short walk for dining and shopping. The access to the Poudre River Trail system is excellent. If you intend to do much cooking, kitchen supplies are limited. It wasn’t an issue with us, as there are a lot of good restaurants in Old Town. Susie was an excellent host, quick to respond if we needed anything. ”

”The location was great. Hot tub was very nice. It was a nice space. It is a basement unit which was not clear from posting. Also, since it is a basement unit it was quite loud. You could hear whenever anyone walked or did anything above. ”

”Negatives: had to buy toilet paper, tissue. 3 people and two hand, face towels. No kitchen hand towel. Positive: nice beds, tv, location. Nice stay, basically equipped.”

”The property was just as described/pictured. It is on the backside of the main house and can be accessed through the alleyway that runs parallel to the primary house’s main street. Be on the lookout for that as we made the mistake of not using the alley initially. It was small, definitely wouldn’t be comfortable for more than two people, but clean and well appointed. The water pressure and temperature were amazing and it was centrally located without being too busy.”

”We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.”

”Our host, Basil, was very easy to communicate with. He provided very quick responses to questions and made sure we had all the information we needed. The property was exactly as described and very comfortable and welcoming. Would consider renting again if we make it back to Ft. Collins.”

”This house on mountain was wonderful. Loved sitting and drinking my coffee on the couch looking out at the street in the morning. We walked everywhere. So close to trail and old town with all the shops and restaurants. If we are ever back in Fort Collins we will definitely stay here.”
