My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too dirty for socks or bare feet."
