The holiday flat Blesecia - Baita Cusini in Livigno is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. Situated in the picturesque and quiet surroundings of the Teola area, the 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and a TV. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 2 persons. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The holiday flat includes a private balcony. The property also has access to a shared garden. Pedestrian and cycle path to the centre of Livigno can be reached in 10 minutes. There is a bus stop 150 metres away. 4 E-bikes are provided for an additional charge per item/day. 6 bikes are provided. (Bikes only in summer) The property has a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. A ski room with boot warmers is available. Electric vehicle charging station available in the garage. Strict recycling rules: please check with the house owner on arrival. There is a laundry room with a shared dryer and washing machine. Ironing board and iron available on request. A cot and high chair are both available on request (and subject to availability).

The owner organises dinners in the Private Tavern for guests on Monday and Thursday evenings (December to April, July and August only). In addition, there is a SPA area with a stone steam bath, Finnish sauna, multi-sensory shower, jacuzzi and relaxation zone. (Only open from December to April, July and August). Beach/pool towels are provided.
