On the lower ground floor of an exclusive apartment block, this beautiful, cleverly designed, apartment includes everything a couple might need for the perfect holiday at any time of year. The studio apartment has cosy living room next to the open plan kitchen/dining area. The living room includes a large, Smart TV and a stylish sofa.

The immaculate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area, across the room from the kitchen has a wooden dining table which seats four. A large, French window opens up from the kitchen onto an enclosed terrace where you can dine al fresco in complete privacy.

Location
This residence is in a quiet but central part of Livigno. It is close to the ski slopes and the shuttle bus stop. There is private parking outside the building but a car is not essential.

Livigno has multiple activities all year round. The resort is home to two activity parks – the Mottolino Snowpark (5 min drive), a snowboarders’ paradise, and the Carosello 3000 park, (10 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do both in winter and summer – night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfall and mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park.

Livigno has much to offer in terms of apres-ski activities, including tax free shopping for bargain hunters. For those of you looking for something more relaxing try the Aquagranda Wellness Centre (20 min walk). Livigno offers some excellent restaurants and bars for delicious Italian cuisine.

Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 40-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 4- hour drive from the apartment.
