”Everything good”

”The Park House Inn is a hidden gem! Had a wonderful one night stay, Nadia the innkeeper was super friendly and really went out of her way to tell me all about the property, the amenities, even the history of the place, as well as dinner recommendations! Having an espresso machine available to use at any time was phenomenal too, the outdoor fireplace area was super nice, and it was just a really cozy place overall, the room was very clean, the shower has amazing water pressure, and the balcony...

” there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast”

”First night, our fridge didn't work. Our sheets wete dirty and ripped. They didn't do our rooms until I had to go downstairs and asked. We had little kids so obviously it was hard to keep them quiet and still. We were told to be quiet or we would need to leave. 1st of all they placed us on 3rd floor. Which they knew in advance we had kids ages 1 and 5. We were not the only ones who had kids and or pets. And we never complained because as parents we know its hard to keep kids still or not make...

”All went well. carpet in the room at the main door and bathroom door was freyed and loose. Also tile in bathroom was broken down behind the door. workmanship in bathroom tile was bad. Everything else was fine. Jim Keller 105”

”Great location a few blocks from the main shopping district of historic Holland , walkable Starbucks, coffee in the lobby, breakfast to order, not included. Uniquely designed rooms, quite fun! Looks like they’re going through an expansion so construction affecting one end of the building and the parking lot was compromised, but not an issue”

”I liked my waiter for breakfast. We prepaid as oart of motel cost. He was very courteous. The bathe shower stall in our room could of been cleaner. The hotel looked like it was still under construction/restoration. Pool area was nice. Fitness room smelled and lacked water and cups.”

”Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...

”Very clean room and property. Breakfast was hot and a wide variety. Coffee was offered 24/7 in the lobby, as well as a free pool table, and board games. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”
