”I had tried to cancel due to asthma and dr saying smoke and air quality were hazardous to my health so I should not go. could get no refund. I understand rules but in certain situations it seems some leeway is warranted. I lost a lot of money. The manager was not kind and Expedia could not get an answer when they tried to reach out on my behalf. Very poor customer service and when a manager replies “yep” when asked if I’d lose all my money, that is just rude.”

”The room was clean and very comfortable. It is an old motel so it could use upgrades like flooring, but our room had a dehumidifier to take care of the closed up hotel room smell that you get in any hotel room. Nice comfortable bed with more than enough pillows. Hot water. We didn’t stay for breakfast because it doesn’t start until 8 am. We sat outside our room and just enjoyed the quiet. ”So many good things about this property! Wonderful hosts, that made you feel really special and they certainly knew how to romance the ordinary. ”Hotel was overbooked (I booked a month in advance) when I arrived at 11pm with 2 small children. The front desk staff sent me to another property where the staff member was rude and said they couldn’t accommodate me. I had to go from hotel to hotel at 11pm to find a room for the night. When I finally found a room at another hotel it was more expensive but I got it since the kids were tired from traveling. We enjoyed sitting outside on courtyard deck and enjoyed the evening music that was played. One night we skipped going out to dinner and ordered pizza and had dinner in the courtyard.
