”Everything good”

”The Park House Inn is a hidden gem! Had a wonderful one night stay, Nadia the innkeeper was super friendly and really went out of her way to tell me all about the property, the amenities, even the history of the place, as well as dinner recommendations! Having an espresso machine available to use at any time was phenomenal too, the outdoor fireplace area was super nice, and it was just a really cozy place overall, the room was very clean, the shower has amazing water pressure, and the balcony...

”Room was very clean and everything was perfectly functional. The outdoor gas fireplaces were enjoyable in the evening. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items and the coffee was outstanding.”

”We were not told about an extra $100 deposit per room. The front desk was not clear in clarifying this matter. ”

”First night, our fridge didn't work. Our sheets wete dirty and ripped. They didn't do our rooms until I had to go downstairs and asked. We had little kids so obviously it was hard to keep them quiet and still. We were told to be quiet or we would need to leave. 1st of all they placed us on 3rd floor. Which they knew in advance we had kids ages 1 and 5. We were not the only ones who had kids and or pets. And we never complained because as parents we know its hard to keep kids still or not make...

”All went well. carpet in the room at the main door and bathroom door was freyed and loose. Also tile in bathroom was broken down behind the door. workmanship in bathroom tile was bad. Everything else was fine. Jim Keller 105”

”Great location a few blocks from the main shopping district of historic Holland , walkable Starbucks, coffee in the lobby, breakfast to order, not included. Uniquely designed rooms, quite fun! Looks like they’re going through an expansion so construction affecting one end of the building and the parking lot was compromised, but not an issue”

”The room and facilities were fine but service was terrible. We went for breakfast that we had paid for 15 mins prior to closing we entered at 945a. We were told we could only get to go breakfast (Apparently their kitchen stops making 10 mins before 10a) which was acceptable to us but what we didn't expect was not getting part of our order. We asked for pancakes for our kids and were assured its being made and when I asked that it wasn't in the bag he said you shouldn't have come 15 mins before...

”Very clean room and property. Breakfast was hot and a wide variety. Coffee was offered 24/7 in the lobby, as well as a free pool table, and board games. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”

”Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...
