Living room with a comfortable sofa, books and a games console; eat-in kitchen fully equipped; main bedroom with a double bed; a second bed in a separate room, ideal for friends or children. Bathroom with a spacious shower. Air conditioning is in the living room only, not in the bedrooms. The two balconies are perfect for coffee in the morning or an aperitivo at sunset. It is a lived-in building and the walls carry sound. Central location: restaurants, shops and cultural sights within a few minutes on foot.
Self check-in with a smart lock, between 16:00 and 20:00, free of charge within that window. You receive the code once the online registration is complete, together with photos of the entrance and the lift. Please complete the online registration before you travel. Italian law requires us to register every guest before entry. An extra set of linen is available on request at 30 EUR per stay. During your stay, write to us on Airbnb chat. Console and books at your disposal: put them back. Extra linen 30 EUR on request. Registered guests only. No smoking: 200 EUR penalty. At check-in: photo ID and signed contract (Italian law); over 29 nights an Italian tax code is required. City tax 1.00/2.50 EUR pp/night (max 4 nights Oct-Mar, 7 Apr-Sep). Salt and oil not provided.
