”Fantastic apartment with good soundproofing / adherance to quiet hours. This is not a hotel; during your stay you are responsible for keeping your space clean. Our room was sparkling upon arrival, with a gorgeous view of the mountain across from us. Our host was very considerate and even let us try some of her homemade wine. The apartments were walking distance from several phenomenal restaurants. The beach I would not recommend walking to. The distance is small but the incline is massive....

”As soon as I arrived they knew my name. They take great pride in their apartments and it shows. The room was spotless and the pictures don't do them justice when it comes to the overall look and feel. The breakfast was also very good value for money and the restaurant by the pool was a lovely quiet spot in the morning to enjoy it. I would recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay again in a heartbeat. A real gem. ”

”This is a great property, well cared for and run. The pool was clean and the kids loved their time here. Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to make the kitchen utensils etc a little better stocked. Five stars all around - really good value. ”

”Had an amazing family holiday in Kefalonia staying at Niko Studios. We were welcomed on arrival, apartment was stocked with essentials (and some non essentials!) and very clean. Can't fault at all. Location is perfect, just off the main strip so everything you need is walking distance including an abundance of restaurants. Beaches are a short walk and a supermarket opposite. Would easily stay here again.”

The owner, Stavros, is an incredible host and takes great pride in providing the best experience possible in every way. The common space is a huge, shaded patio with gorgeous plants and comfortable seating overlooking the charming port town. Well equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking needs sans an oven. Close to Sami for restaurants, shopping, ferry, & Antisamos. Local tavernas good with lovely staff as well. ”

The facilities were absolutely spotless and we could not fault anything. The pool area had a fantastic view and the quality of the pool was first class! ”Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. ”
