”We had a great stay here, the staff was so responsive and the house keeper was so sweet. The rooms always were super clean, it is in a great location right on the marina and walking distance to the beautiful town of Argostoli. The parking sometimes gave us trouble as it was a very busy time of year and the town is packed but as long as you get a parking spot before 8 and leave your car there for the night you should have no problems. Nothing bad to say about this place.”

”SOLO TRAVELERS BEWARE!
Booked a “Sea View” room months ago, I was shown to a room on a lower level with NO SEA VIEW. (See photo with tiny slice of sea circled in RED). When I politely pointed this problem out, I was informed “A larger group had booked the upper apartments, but I was welcome to sit in the garden”. I felt the hosts were dismissive, making a point that I was “Only ONE person”. Given I am not traveling in high season, I was lucky to be able to quickly book an alternative stay...

”We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible.
Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

”We had an excellent week in room with double bed. Area is quiet and it was possible sleep window open. Balcony was big enough and all was clean. Only minus is small space for shower.
