”Our family really enjoyed our time here. We were only a quick 8 minute drive to Agia Effimia which has everything you could want to shop for food and quaint Tavernas for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can rent boats, mopeds and bikes nearby. The house was fully equipped and the manager was great and very responsive. We were lucky it wasn’t too hot with the home only having AC upstairs and the two bedrooms downstairs would’ve been stuffy but this wasn’t the case for us as we had a bit of rain....

”This was a lovely villa, with 4 good sized bedrooms. We were a party of 7 adults and plenty of space to sit outside and in. Pool was great with lots of sun beds.”

Spiros is a wonderful host and responds to any queries quickly via the VRBO app and together with his team, Kalina and Alex made us feel very welcome. He also owns the Il Familia restaurant, the best restaurant in Sami, where the food is delicious. Car essential for exploring.”

”The property was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful, clean, welcoming and well suited for a group of 10. We would go back tomorrow if we could. A true gem.”

”We loved the location of this villa. The views are stunning and so much space outside to sit in shade or sun and watch the sky and sea. Walking to the local village for coffee, cake and shopping was easy. We did not want to hire a care and contacting a local taxi company was easy on days we wanted to travel further afield. We will hopefully return 2025. Very happy place to stay.”

”We’ve always wanted to stay in Aqua apartments on our last 4 visits to Assos. September 2017 we finally had a chance to rent Pefko. It was a great stay and we genuinely felt at home. The apartment is clean, well furnished and in a perfect location. The cleaning lady, Sultana, is super gentle and helped us with a last minute request for an extra crib for one of our babies. Pefko is perfect for a family of four - we have twins. We also managed to have the grandparents staying for a short visit....

”Very pleasant stay in a big, beautiful house in a big garden with a lovely view over the gardens and the sea. Very quiet although close to shops and restaurants. We recommend the taverna "Stavros", very good food to small prices with a very friendly family running it. The house is perfectly equipped. Very friendly and discrete owners living downstairs. 5 minutes to the beach by car, about 20 minutes walk down a steep hill. Car recommended”

”The Bay Pearl has just been renovated and has a great location for a family holiday. It's close to the shops and tavernas of Agia Efimia as well as some great beaches in Kefalonia. The host mentioned in an early communication that they wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible and we've come away knowing this was not an empty promise. They simply couldn't do enough whether through equiping the property, providing advice about the surroundings or telling us about how to make homemade...

”Our family of 4 spent a week here. It is just perfect. Beautiful views, gorgeous house with super comfy beds and lots of outdoor seating. The pool was so lovely on the hot days of August. There’s a nice breeze most of the time bc the house is up high. You do need a car here and the directions given by the host were very accurate. Fiscardo is about 15 minutes from the house, only bc you can’t drive fast on the narrow roads. There’s many beaches near by, too. Stay at Villa Mystic and create...

”We had a great time at this villa, it was so clean, the bedding and towels smelt lovely! Lovely views and pretty cool seeing the planes take off! Lassi is only 5/10 mins in a taxi, plenty of bars and restaurants there. Argostoli not much further away. Taxis were very easy, just whatsapped the drivers to arrange, €15 seemed to be the standard fare which we were fine with.
