”Great place to stay. The staff were really friendly, the room was bright, spacious, super clean and all the amenities needed for an overnight stay. We ate dinner and breakfast both meal times provided a great choice and tasted great. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area”

”Loved the room (room 3) overlooking the park. Very comfortable bed and a very quiet spot. Parking is a bit tight! Nice friendly owners and nice breakfast.”

”Absolutely delightful hotel. Me and a friend booked a room each for the Hay Festival, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff were wonderful; helpful, friendly, even showed us to our rooms. The location was great, not too far away but far enough that I’d was quiet and tranquil. The breakfast is well worth the money, as is the Old Barn pub across the road, where we ate that night. A fantastic stay, I can’t wait to return with my husband next time.”

”Lovely big, clean room with a sofa, table, chairs, huge bed and a gorgeous view. Loads of parking and a nice garden to enjoy.
All the staff were very friendly, efficient and very helpful.
The evening meal, Chicken Supreme, was fantastic and so was the breakfast (porridge with blueberry compote).
I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and can't wait to stay again.”
