Ideal location. Hotel is situated on the prom not far from the theatre. It was a bank holiday weekend and this was one of the few hotels not to heavily inflate their price.
We had a room on the top, 4th floor, so the views were excellent. Ensuite shower room was compact, but certainly more than adequate. Facilities for tea and coffee were provided with more than sufficient sachets for our entire stay, unlike many chains where you might manage a couple of drinks.
Like many seafront hotels in Llandudno, it was characterful. My only adverse observation was that with the room in the eves of the roof, the curtains were fitted to the sloped ceiling and hung down approx 18 inches away from the window. No problem 4 floors up for privacy, but when the sun began to rise at about 4.30am, if you were on that side of the bed, you soon wake up. Blinds or a pair of curtains should have been fitted adjacent to the window. (Might slightly impair an easy clear view, but at 5.00am, sleep is the priority.
Friendly staff, check in easy.
