Llandudnon laituri ja rannat - valoisa 2 makuuhuoneen Apt

Loistava sijainti vain metrin päässä Victorian laiturilta ja Llandudnon rantakadulta, Pohjois-Walesin kuningatar.
Tien toisella puolella ovat suosittuja baareja ja ravintoloita.
Ranta on 100 metrin päässä ja takana on suuri Orme.
Loistava sijainti lähellä Llandudno-rantakadua.
Edessämme ovat suosittuja baareja ja ravintoloita, ranta ja laituri. Takana on Great Orme.

Avaruus
Nykyaikaisessa, valoisassa ja ilmavassa huoneistossa on oma etuovi yhteisestä eteisestä ja 2 muun asunnon jakamasta portaasta.
Meidän upea huoneisto nukkuu jopa neljä ihmistä kahdessa makuuhuoneessa, makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode ja tilava kylpyhuone (kylpy vain ei suihkua). Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös king-size-vuode, se on vain sali ihastuttavasta suihkuhuoneesta, molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on parlux-hiustenkuivaaja.
Valoisa ja ilmava oleskelutila on kauniisti sisustettu merinäköalalla, kodikas todellinen liekkikaasupalo niille varsin illalle, 49 tuuman älykäs T. V, jossa on Freeview ja Netflix sekä nopea kuitukanava.
Keittiö on täysin varustettu jääkaappi-pakastin, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset upeaan lomaan.
Takana on ihana pieni yksityinen patioalue, joka sieppaa aurinkoa paljon päivästä, jossa on pöytä, tuolit ja aurinkovarjo.
Tupakointi on sallittu patiolla.

The apartment was in a perfect position for everything we needed to do. We were able to park in different streets close by,but never by the apartment.At the top of ad it said washer and dryer, but there was only washer, which was dissapointing as we had to use a local launderette.The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good pressure We live in Canada, but if we were to come to Llandudno again we would definitely like to stay here again.Great communication with the hosts. Thank you

This property is outstanding and one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Check was easy and simple. Limed car parking around the area but only cost 13 for over night in the multi story. Each room was very clean and tidy and done out superbly. The outside area was also lovely. In a great location to the attractions and the pub opposite is brilliant. We had noisy neighbours in apartment 3, shouting and banging does till 3am. After contacting David the owner the next morning it was sorted within the hour which was brilliant. Check out was easy and simple too. David and Susie are great hosts and couldn’t do enough for you. We can’t wait to return

The girls and my Grandson really enjoy staying at this appartment. This is the second time they have stayed there and are ready to come back next year again. The location is perfect for them as they love the beach, the pier and the shopping. The check in is easy and they were happy with all the facilities in the appartment

The apartment was excellent everything there we needed and it is in a great location.we have been visiting Llandudno for over 30 years and always stayed in hotels or bed and breakfast this was our first time self catering and it was so much more relaxing definitely be doing it again.

The property was remodeled very well with modern furnishings. The kitchen had everything and was exceptionally clean. The king beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang up clothes etc. The bathrooms were very clean and the shower pressure was great. It is located just two minutes from the pier. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Lovely Llandudno

Perfect location close to pier, prom, restaurants etc. Spotlessly clean with modern living room and kitchen. Two good shower rooms and comfy king sized beds. A big bonus is that the patio gets afternoon and evening sun.

Very nice but...

Had a spot of bother accessing the key safe but eventually ok. Flat was very nice. Nice bright decor. Very well equipped. Nice touches like various teas, coffee and biscuits. Lovely fluffy towels. The beds were a little soft but comfortable. The one toilet was almost impossible to flush. There was a note on it saying press firmly and a man would do it easily but being two mature ladies we couldn't. Advised the hosts and I've had an email to say it's been fixed since we left. Couldn't get on to Netflix for some reason even though it is one of the listed amenities. Our main problem was the workmen that arrived the day before we were meant to leave. We'd been warned they'd be there, there was scaffolding up outside, and the host contacted us after we arrived, to apologise for it. But what we'd not expected was the dreadful noise they made. They were working with power drills right outside the lounge window. We couldn't hear each other speak. So we felt we had no option but to come home a day early. All in all a lovely flat but just a few hiccups!!

Beautiful LLandudno apartment.

This apartment is very clean, comfortable and stylish, The kitchen is well equipt and the showers in the bathrooms are powerful. It is in a perfect location, very near the pier and the Great Orme tram station. There are lots of pubs and restaurants within easy reach. We both really enjoyed our time in the aparment and would happily stay there again.

Short break in Llandudno

Well the property looks great from the outside, also in the entrance hall, nicely decorated and carpeted, good lighting up the stairs, lovely decor.Inside the apartment lovely and clean,a bit quirky, both bathrooms separate from the bedrooms, have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access the outside seating area, very clean, very warm inside but not many windows that actually open, especially the one in the kitchen, bedding nice and white, plenty of utensils in the kitchen,,on the whole the apartment is great, struggled a bit with the stairs but got there eventually, would definitely advise people that there is no parking in the close vicinity, lovely location,2 minutes from the pier and the town, lovely pub across the road, absolutely great,if you have mobility issues then it's not for you because of the stairs otherwise fabulous.Many thanks, Jayne Taylor

4 Night Stay

We really liked the apartment and enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy with keys available via a lock box - and it was very handy to have two sets of keys. The location was perfect - only half a block from the promenade and close to restaurants, shopping, and the tram to the Great Orme. Despite being so centrally located, the apt was very quiet. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we had lots of hot water and good water pressure. We didn’t cook while there but the kitchen appeared adequately equipped. We really appreciated that the host provided clothes detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods as well as tea and some sugar and biscuits. It was cool while we were there so the temperature in the apt was very comfortable. The apt is up one flight of stairs - we liked being a bit elevated. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Llandudno.

perfect apartment

spent a wonderful long weeked at this great apartment, we have been going to Llandudno for many years and have stayed in quite a lot of b+bs and apartments but his apartment is by far the best we stayed in.The check in was easy we just followed the intructions given by our host Susie and with a minute we were in the apartment.The apartment is clean and modern and has eveything you need and has two nice size bedrooms with lovely comfortable beds and 2 large bathrooms with great powerful showers.There was nothing that we could not ask eveything was there for us and the location is perfect a short walk to the pier and promenade and at the top end of town a short walk to all bars and restaurants (we can recommend the cottage loaf for a lovely meal) and infact there is a bar and a seafood restaurant right opposite. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and will definitely look at booking again next time we are going back to Llandudno. Thanks Susie for a great stay.
