”The hotel was clean, the room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. However, we were unable to use the pool because the pump had broken that day. Given that the pool was the reason why we chose that hotel this was disappointing. That said, when I raised the issue with management, they were polite and offered a reasonable partial refund, so very positive. My main area of complaint however, is that check in was not until 4pm and check out was at 11am. Why should it take 5 hours to...

”The apartment was a bit difficult to find, especially in the dark. Whilst it had everything we needed it was dated and could have benefitted from a deep clean, cobwebs & mould around the windows. The windows also condensed a lot in the morning. None of the heaters worked and only two of the electric storage heaters worked.
