”Lovely ‘old house’ feel to this hotel. Friendly staff. Our room was upgraded for no apparent reason and we were appreciative of this. Comfortable bed.”

”Had a really good stay for our wedding anniversary the room was very clean and the spa facilities were really good. The stay was sort of spoilt though by a member of the bar staff called Henry who basically just ignored me at the bar after waiting to be served and just started serving someone else before me. Just thought it was a mistake but then did exactly the same thing to my wife when she went the bar. The member of staff in question needs retraining as when I asked him it would be best next...

”Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. ”Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.”
