”The room was lovely and clean plus they had put heating on which was a bonus on wet cold day. Disappointed the shower in our room would not work so had to use the bath not ideal when you like a morning shower. Very nice room not in main building but lovely Christmas wreath on door , Dyson hairdryer and room fan plus lovely selection of teas coffee and hot chocolate available. Only gripe is the pillows they are fluffy feather ones and are useless in my opinion. Had a meal in restaurant it was...

The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. ”Unfortunately when we entered our room, water was dripping through the ceiling, a pipe had broken, we immediately reported it to the staff who quickly and efficiently moved us to an alternative room which was perfect.
