âIt was very good in every way .easy to be there and great pleasure watching the farm animals sheep and lambs , cows and calves. We were lucky to have sunny weather. Excellent accomodation.â
âWe absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss.
Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . â
âBeautifull venue, great and very friendly personell. Great room. One minor point, we had a room in the attic and with 30+ and only a ventilator is was very very hot for a long time into the night. But that is the only minor point the staff made up for it in friendlyness and service.â
âWhat an elegant, well presented and comfortable house in which to stay! Everything was provided, from ecofriendly shampoo and bodywash to pristine robes and towels, a lovely coffee machine, fresh mik with the tea facilities and an excellent guide to the house, its facilities and local walks. âA very informal AirBNB in enormous family home. Hosts were very friendly, informal and keen to help. Full Breakfast was fabulous - I haven't seen a Hostess Trolley since 1983 and the croissant and granola yoghurt were lovely! Bed was very cosy and view from window stunning. Short walk or drive up to the rocks. On the negative side, en suite shower/loo/sink is very small and some of its finishes could be quite a bit better. Renovation is obviously still a work in progress, especially outside....
