”They advertise a hot tub which is false, which sucks i was really excited for that. The place was dirty when i arrived so i couldnt stop sneezing the whole 5 days. There was hair from previous guest everywhere (shower,floors,walls,counters,bed). When i opened the fridge a NASTY rotten dead smell lingered for hours i had to open the door and windows, also past guest left chapstick in the ice bin. There is lots of spider webs around and on the front door and in corner of walls inside the place. I...

”There were many challenges. When we arrived there was no heat. We contacted the host repeatedly with no answer. We were all in our ski clothes around the fire waiting for a response. Nothing ever came. There was also a vent in the ceiling completely exposed and open to the outside pouring freezing air into the house. Additionally we discovered someone living in the basement with no barrier between us and them. It was an awful experience and the trip we'd been looking forward to for months ended...
